Delivery
All of our items are made to order. Once your order is placed, please allow up to 5 working days for your item to be made, and a further 5 working days for delivery. If for any reason we expect your order to take longer than this, we’ll contact you as soon as possible.
We use Royal Mail and other trusted couriers for shipping. We do our best to ensure orders arrive on time, but please be aware that once a parcel leaves us, delivery times are the courier’s responsibility. Delays can occasionally happen, especially during busy periods or due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.
If you need your order by a specific date or would like to upgrade to express delivery, please contact us before placing your order and we’ll do our best to help.
Returns & Refunds
We take great care in making each item, especially personalised and custom-made orders.
Personalised Items:
Because these items are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on personalised products unless they are faulty or damaged. Please double-check all personalisation details before placing your order.
If something isn’t right with your order — for example, if it arrives damaged or there’s a fault — please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your item. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and some photos. Once confirmed, we’ll either send a replacement or arrange a refund. In some cases, we may ask for the item to be returned so we can review the issue.
For non-personalised items, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Please contact us first to arrange a return. Return postage for non-faulty items is the customer’s responsibility.
